Leslie is teaching 'Sheer Bliss: A Comfort in Stitchin'

In this fun, come-as-you-are evening workshop students will arrange & fuse a variety of sheers

onto felt and then stitch, Kantha-style, over the surface in their own creative way.

Tuesday, October 1st

Jamie and Leslie are teaching 'Folding Artists Studios'

Students create their own stamps and fabric to create this free standing cloth book using doors, windows and ransom lettering

Tuesday Evening

Jamie and Leslie are teaching 'Ransom Lettering'

Make a ransom lettering alphabet to use over and over again in mixed media projects

Wednesday, October 2nd

Leslie is teaching 'Wax On, Wax Off:  A Playdate with Soy Wax

Students will have an opportunity to work with soy wax, an environmentally-friendly alternative

to traditional batik methods.  Using a wide variety of unconventional tools to make marks,

students will layer paint onto cloth and paper.
